This classic blend of green tea and pure mint leaves is a famous combination in the Middle East and is also known as "Moroccan Mint", "Maghrebi Mint" or "Nana-mint" tea. It is refreshing and fragrant with cool mint flavours and slight sweetness.

Based on traditional Moroccan Mint teas, we use only the finest green gunpowder tea leaves and blend them with our special mix of real cut peppermint and spearmint leaves for a distinctive spearmint flavour and sweetfinish without the need to add sugar.

This tea is wonderfully refreshing and minty enjoyed hot and so makes a great digestif, but can be cold-brewed overnight in cold, filtered water for a mint, sugar-free and naturally sweet iced tea.

To Enjoy

Place one teaspoon per cup into an infuser, filter or teapot. Add freshly boiled water and infuse for 3 minutes. Serve immediately or remove leaves to prevent spoiling.

Green Tea is packed with antioxidants help to prevent cell damage in the body caused by oxidants. Oxidants are sometimes otherwise known as free radicals and whilst they occur in the body naturally they can also come from the environment and having an excess can lead to diseases such as cancer, diabetes, high-cholesterol, Alzheimer's, Parkinsons, dementia arthritis and heart disease and lead to issues such as faster skin ageing and damage from pollution. Loading cells up with antioxidants help to protect them from damage from these free radicals, and is a method of doing so with no side effects. 

Peppermint and Spearmint are famously taken for a variety of health benefits. It is said to aid digestion and concentration (in fact the Romans are said to have used is specifically for this purpose). It is also used to relieve the symptoms of headache, irritable bowel, heartburn, diverticulitis, nausea and motion sickness.
