Russian Caravan est un mélange de thé chinois classique, du nom de la célèbre caravane de marchandises qui traversait les plateaux de Mongolie en russe pour apporter du thé à la cour impériale russe. Non seulement le côté fumé de ce mélange était apprécié en Russie ; le processus de fumage servait également à préserver les feuilles de thé pour le long voyage à travers l'Asie et les différents climats qui seraient rencontrés en cours de route.
Notre version de Russian Caravan a la touche classique du Tea Palace : prendre des feuilles noires entières de Lapsang Souchong de la plus haute qualité et les mélanger avec du Yunnan chinois épicé pour un mélange d'une qualité exceptionnelle et d'une saveur fumée corsée et équilibrée.
