Aufgrund von Schließungen ist das Angebot an erstklassigen Darjeelings in diesem Jahr sehr begrenzt. Allerdings waren die Wachstumsbedingungen mit ausreichend Regen und Wärme in den Wochen vor der Ernte nahezu ideal, was die Qualität hervorragend machte.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass es sehr wichtig ist, dass dieser Tee nicht wie Ihr traditioneller Schwarztee aufgebrüht wird.
Zu genießen
Erlauben Sie einen Teelöffel pro Tasse. Schalten Sie den Wasserkocher aus, kurz bevor er kocht, oder lassen Sie ihn nach dem Kochen fünf Minuten lang abkühlen, idealerweise auf 85 Grad, bevor Sie ihn drei Minuten lang ziehen lassen. Am besten ohne Milch genießen.
